Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a remuneration professional to join the specialist remuneration team. You will analyze pay structures, benchmark roles, and support governance reporting, enabling informed pay decisions across the business.

The role combines hands-on data activity with process improvement to drive consistent remuneration outcomes. You will contribute from day one with established experience in remuneration, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of fixed pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Established experience in remuneration, reward or compensation and practical involvement in remuneration review cycles and salary benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel capability with confidence analysing, modelling and reconciling large datasets.
• Working knowledge of fixed pay, incentive arrangements, remuneration frameworks and the annual reward cycle.
• Ability to translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations and practical guidance for a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysis for the annual reward cycle, including remuneration reviews and salary recommendations.
• Drive incentive programs through accurate modelling, administration and reporting.
• Support transition to Korn Ferry job evaluation and role banding for consistency in sizing and benchmarking.
• Analyse internal pay relativities, external benchmarks and workforce data to provide remuneration insights.
• Prepare governance reporting and disclosures for executive and Board reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen remuneration reporting.
