Job summary

Godfrey Remuneration Group (GRG) is a North Sydney-based specialist remuneration consultancy seeking a Remuneration Analyst. You will analyse, interpret and tailor complex qualitative and quantitative information from annual reports and surveys to support executive remuneration decisions, connecting consultants with data-entry and tech teams while maintaining Excel tools for client delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
Demonstrated attention to detail with focus on quality control and accuracy.
Clear and professional communication via phone, email and Teams.
Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
Ability to work autonomously and with a mixed team of local and remote colleagues.
Ability to read and interpret annual reports and financial statements of ASX-listed companies.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimise and operate Excel tools for data analysis and client delivery.
Analyse remuneration and related data for executive positions.
Support data collection, interpretation and accuracy of remuneration data with quality control.
Coordinate across analysts, data-entry and technical specialists to meet client needs.
Maintain documentation and training materials for analyst processes and tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
