Job summary

Troocoo partners with a well-established organisation to recruit a Remuneration Analyst for a 6-month, 0.8 FTE contract in Brisbane. This hands-on role supports remuneration projects across benchmarking, job evaluation, annual reviews and EA expiry activity.

You will apply Korn Ferry methodologies, interpret Awards, prepare detailed reports, and provide data-driven remuneration insights to guide business decisions while working autonomously in a busy team.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on remuneration experience.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and annual remuneration reviews.
  • Korn Ferry job evaluation experience required.
  • Experience with Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data capability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and prioritisation.
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Job description

We are partnering with a well-established organisation that is going through an exciting period of change, with a number of key remuneration projects underway alongside upcoming Enterprise Agreement (EA) expiry activity. As a result, they are looking to bring an experienced Remuneration Analyst into their Remuneration, Benefits & Systems team for a 6-month contract, working 0.8 FTE.

About the role:

This is a hands-on technical remuneration role where you will provide additional capability across a range of important remuneration activities and projects.

You will be responsible for:
  • Salary benchmarking and remuneration analysis
  • Supporting annual remuneration review processes
  • Job evaluation and position evaluation
  • Working across remuneration projects and initiatives
  • Supporting remuneration activity associated with upcoming EA expiry
  • Providing data-driven remuneration insights to support business decisions
  • Applying Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
  • Interpreting and applying relevant Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
  • Preparing reports and undertaking detailed remuneration analysis
  • Supporting the broader Remuneration, Benefits & Systems team as required

About you We are looking for a technically strong remuneration professional who can hit the ground running and work autonomously in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:
  • Strong hands-on remuneration experience
  • Proven experience across salary benchmarking, remuneration analysis and annual remuneration reviews
  • Strong Korn Ferry job evaluation experience – essential
  • Experience working with Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/data capability
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • The confidence to work independently and provide sound technical remuneration advice
