Job summary

Ambition Recruitment is recruiting for a Total Rewards/Remuneration specialist to support remuneration and rewards initiatives in a leading Australian organisation. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two from home, located in Parramatta CBD, Sydney.

You will analyse remuneration data, support salary reviews and benchmarking, and work with large datasets to drive insights. A strong Excel background and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Total Rewards or remuneration role.
• Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
• Proactive and able to manage tasks independently; excellent stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support remuneration and total rewards programs.
• Prepare analysis, modelling and reporting to aid decision making.
• Work with large datasets to generate insights and recommendations.
• Assist with salary reviews, benchmarking and reward frameworks.
• Support job evaluation and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with P&C, Remuneration and Payroll stakeholders.
• Provide general support to the wider team and ad hoc requests.
