Job summary

Jobgether in Australia is seeking a Manager Controlling & Planning to oversee workforce planning and operational performance across multiple customer service projects. This fully remote role requires ensuring staffing aligns with demand and service targets, using forecasts, volumes and KPIs to optimize resource allocation.

You will monitor real‑time operations, lead shift planning with team leaders, and drive improvements to reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service operations with workforce management, planning, supervision or team leadership (mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and staffing planning.
• Experience with WFM platforms or telephony systems is a plus.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to interpret operational data.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan workforce allocation across projects based on forecasts, volumes, and SLAs.
• Monitor real-time operations and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules with team leaders and project managers.
• Track KPIs: service levels, availability, handling times, workforce utilization.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve reporting systems and automate recurring tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
