Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or similar client facing roles.
• Ability to influence and engage senior leaders, brokers and complex customer groups.
• Strong knowledge to support underwriting, claims outcomes and pricing decisions.
• Ability to balance improvement initiatives with regulatory requirements and customer needs.
• Experience delivering strategic engagement and service plans that drive growth and retention.
• Clear, confident communication tailored for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with brokers and policyholders by delivering our value proposition.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio by driving retention and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Broker teams to ensure seamless experiences for customers.
• Apply workers compensation expertise to support underwriting, pricing outcomes and claims management.
• Advocate for your portfolio to keep teams focused on priorities and minimize non-core work.
• Deliver exceptional service to lift customer satisfaction and loyalty.
