Atlas NextWave is seeking a Site Manager to lead wind farm project delivery across Australia. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure EHS compliance, and coordinate with finance, engineering, and clients to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and the ability to travel to remote sites as needed. A relevant AQF diploma and PM credentials are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wind energy or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in remote settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/EHS standards and interfaces with clients.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and field teams.
• Willingness to travel across Australia as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety culture and enforce EHS processes on site.
• Direct site construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage subcontractors to contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, foundations, and energisation.
• Verify training and qualifications of site personnel are up to date.
• Report performance and escalate risks affecting profitability and schedule.
