Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is recruiting an experienced Wind Farm Site Manager for a major renewable energy project in regional South Australia. The role leads construction activities, coordinates delivery through civil, turbine foundations, electrical works and turbine installation, and ensures alignment with programme milestones.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage site personnel and subcontractors, and collaborate with project management and engineering teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on wind farm is essential.
• Ability to manage site activities, programme and construction priorities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Wind Farm Site Manager to join a major renewable energy project in regional South Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key site leadership role within a large-scale wind farm development, overseeing construction activities and coordinating site delivery through the construction and installation phases. The project is moving into its construction phase, with works encompassing civil infrastructure, turbine foundations, hardstands, electrical infrastructure and wind turbine installation.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors and construction teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Monitor construction progress against project schedules and key milestones.
• Work closely with project management and engineering teams to resolve site issues and maintain programme.
• Ensure compliance with project safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate construction interfaces and ensure effective communication across all site stakeholders.
