Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia seeks an experienced Village Manager to lead Leinster’s village operations in Western Australia. You will oversee retail, hospitality, accommodation and recreation services, ensuring staffing, safety and quality across facilities in a remote mining community.

You will manage a large, diverse team (50+), drive service standards, and report to the Key Account Manager while maintaining P&L oversight and cost control in a complex, high‑compliance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management across hospitality, retail, accommodation or mining camp operations.
• Leadership of large diverse teams (50+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of HSE/OH&S legislation, safety systems and compliance.
• Experience working within HR and Industrial Relations frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day village operations across retail, hospitality, accommodation and recreation services.
• Ensure staffing, maintenance and safe operation of supermarket, tavern, café, temporary accommodation and pool.
• Drive high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and resident experience.
