Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking motivated Chefs to join our remote villages in Western Australia. You will assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for functions during your swing on a FIFO 2:1 roster, departing from Perth. We provide accommodation and meals, private rooms, air conditioning, WiFi, gym and pool.

The ideal candidate holds Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or NVQ Level 4, with 3+ years experience and HACCP knowledge. A WA Manual C Class Driver's Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Australian recognized Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or NVQ Level 4 and City & Guilds accepted.
• 3+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience.
• Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups.
• Confident working under pressure in a diverse kitchen team.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• WA Manual C Class Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for village functions.
• Maintain quality and presentation across large-volume meals.
• FIFO rosters from Perth with 2:1 schedule.

Education
