Job summary

CoVet, a fast-growing AI-powered company for veterinary professionals, is hiring a Customer Success Representative in Australia. You will onboard clients, ensure adoption, and help derive maximum value from our products. You will train customers, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to address needs and identify expansion opportunities.

Shift options include 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer onboarding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Deliver product trainings and demonstrations for effective use.
• Monitor customer health and satisfaction through regular check-ins.
• Identify at-risk customers and mitigate risks to drive engagement.
• Guide customers in adopting new features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to address feedback.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
