Greencross Client Services offers a remote Vet Nurse role from anywhere in Australia, with an office option in Sydney. The position supports pet owners through telephone triage, bookings, and general veterinary guidance, while joining a nationwide network of clinics.

We value RxWorks experience, a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, and at least four years in practice, enabling excellent customer service and collaborative work with a remote team.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice.
• Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries.
• Support Greencross clinics nationwide.
• Manage website enquiries and customer service requests.
• Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences to support positive patient outcomes.
