Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal constituents to identify plans for the assigned area that align with the commercial win strategy and contribute to proposal deliverables.
• Develop plans enabling problem solving and triage within clinical operations that meet proposal deliverables.
• Develop a budget reflecting operational strategy and collaborate with leadership to achieve profitability targets, while engaging stakeholders to improve proposal efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support delivery of the operations segment of the proposal deliverable within timelines and disseminate operational strategy to the proposal team; develop KPIs for success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to establish efficient, aligned processes within clinical operations.
• Support the operations escalation process and advise the commercial strategy team as needed.
• Contribute to cross-functional satisfaction and propose actions for future plans to ensure overall process success.
• Work with leaders to revise post-award plans and implement opportunities to meet targets while enhancing customer relations.
• Provide input and develop plans to leverage opportunities to achieve targets.
