Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.

• Knowledge of sponsor/CRO business practices, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal constituents to align plans with the commercial win strategy.
• Develop plans enabling problem solving and triage in clinical operations.
• Develop a budget reflecting operational strategy to achieve profitability targets.
• Support and deliver the operations segment of proposal deliverables within timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish efficient processes in a matrix environment.
• Provide input to leverage opportunities and improve customer relations.
