Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Principal Operations Strategy Specialist to guide clinical trial strategies and optimize processes. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders to align with commercial win strategy and deliver high-quality proposal components.

You will develop budgets, KPIs, and operational plans while managing cross-functional relationships to improve efficiency and profitability in trials across domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations or related field.
• Thorough understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal constituents to align plans with commercial win strategy.
• Develop plans enabling problem solving and triage in clinical operations.
• Build budgets reflecting operational strategy to achieve profitability targets.
• Deliver the operations segment of proposals within prescribed timelines.
• Develop KPIs and ensure a successful operation deliverable.
