Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the booking process
Research travel options and present suitable recommendations based on client preferences
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
Stay up to date with supplier offerings, policies, and travel updates
Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues
