Job summary

ComplyAssist Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Consultant to work across a range of transport operators. You will assess client needs, advise on HVNL compliance, and help implement ISMS, policies and driver manuals tailored to each operator's fleet.

The role supports ongoing coaching, audits, and accreditation processes with frequent travel to client sites, while allowing home-based work across Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy vehicle compliance roles (Transport Compliance Manager/CoR Manager/Audit).
• Strong HVNL knowledge including 2026 amendments and NHVAS/HVA.
• Experience writing or implementing safety management systems and procedures.
• Auditing against standards, gathering evidence and reporting.
• Ability to give direct, practical advice to clients and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and advisory across Primary Duty, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue, load security, etc.
