Job summary

LeadersIT Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Melbourne team. You will bridge business and technical teams, documenting functional requirements and ensuring technology solutions align with business needs.

You will lead workshops, map processes, and develop BRDs/FRDs, use cases, and user stories while supporting Agile delivery and UAT activities. A strong background in JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum environments.
Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

Investigate, analyze, and document business requirements and system specifications.
Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Coordinate workshops and interviews for requirement gathering and mapping.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories; maintain workflow diagrams.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and testing teams through the SDLC and support Agile delivery.
