Talent Corp is looking for an Associate Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements and support improvements to applications and systems. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, preparing functional specifications and collaborating with business users, developers and testers to deliver system changes.

You will also support test planning, execution and reviews while maintaining clear technical documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience gathering, prioritising and managing requirements.
• Experience contributing to software or component design, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to feasibility assessments or user experience evaluation would be beneficial.
• Government experience is highly desirable.

Location: Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide

Contract: Up to 12 months, with extension options up to a further 24 months

Working arrangements: Onsite for the first six weeks, with hybrid arrangements considered afterwards

Security: Must be able to obtain a Baseline clearance
