Qualifications

• AA/AS in Computer Science or related technical experience.
• 2-4 years related programming or operations/technical support experience.
• Proficient in UNIX/Windows/Linux/AS400 environments.
• Experience with Oracle/DB2/MS SQL/MySQL databases.
• Familiar with web tech: Tomcat,Servlets, HTML/JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Precisely software and solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other support teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Provide clear action plans and updates to customers.
• Contribute to improving support tools, procedures and knowledge base.
• Mentor others and assist senior team members on complex issues.
