Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Product Support, Managed Services or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop.
• Address and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate, analyze, and solve complex problems across platforms and databases.
• Understand enterprise system complexities and determine root cause scope (product, third-party libraries, user code, platform).
• Continuously learn new technology and share knowledge within the team.
• Create internal and external Knowledge Base documentation.
