Job summary

ServiceRocket is a global tech-enabled services company focused on Atlassian solutions. We seek a Strategic Atlassian Solutions Architect to shape roadmaps, architect complex deployments, and mentor client teams in enterprise-scale transformations.

You will collaborate across Sales, Success, and Partner Solutions to deliver durable customer value, drive adoption, and lead strategic initiatives that unlock new opportunities within named accounts and COEs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Atlassian technical consultant, solutions architect, or pre-sales.
• Proven track record guiding customers through technology and process change, including change management.
• Experience mentoring other consultants or architects.
• Experience delivering Atlassian solutions with audit trails, RBAC, and governance workflows aligned to regulatory standards.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Service Management, or Software Development with Atlassian tools.
• Industry certifications in EA, ITSM, Agile, DevOps, or Change Management are desirable.
• Multiple Atlassian Certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic roadmap discussions with customers, aligning business objectives with Atlassian capabilities and AI enhancements.
• Map customer initiatives to measurable KPIs, showing how the Atlassian platform drives outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across technical and leadership teams.
• Define compelling visions for future-state architectures and successful adoption.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype app innovations and custom solutions.
• Participate in strategic sales, proposals, and ongoing account planning.
