Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. In this client-facing role, the PM will manage large, complex professional services projects, coaching a team to drive successful project outcomes and ensuring alignment with client expectations and service levels.

Qualifications

8+ years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 7 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, and detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas.

Responsibilities

Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams.
Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans.
Plan project stages, assess business implications, and monitor progress.
Assign resources, timelines, and schedules.
Lead crew and customer meetings.
Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Develop and manage WBS for IT projects.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Prepare and deliver project status reports and internal/client-facing reports.
Build trust-based relationships with clients; understand and align with client expectations.
