Qualifications

• Background in high-volume retail leadership with people development.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management.
• Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, scheduling).
• Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of ALPA supermarkets in remote settings.
• Coach, mentor, and support local team members to build community capacity.
• Bring ALPA's nutrition policy to life by actively promoting healthier food choices to members.
• Work closely with merchandising and nutrition teams to ensure high standards of stock and service.
• Engage with community leaders to ensure the store meets the unique needs of the local area.
• Maintain a smooth-running retail environment through effective stock control and scheduling.
