Job summary

Randstad, in partnership with ALPA, invites a Store Manager Couple to lead remote retail operations in Australia. You will oversee daily store performance, mentor local team members, and drive community development while promoting ALPA nutrition policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management is desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• Experience with electronic retail systems, POS, stock control, and staff scheduling.
