Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management is desirable.
• Certificate III in Retail, or willingness to complete within 12 months.
• High adaptability and thrive in remote/regional settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• Experience with electronic retail systems, POS, stock control, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of remote supermarkets.
• Coach and mentor local team members to build community capacity.
• Promote ALPA nutrition policy and healthier food choices.
• Coordinate with merchandising and nutrition teams to maintain standards.
