Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist for Home Visits/WFH in Eastern Melbourne. Part-time 24 hours/week, remunerated at AU$100K per annum pro rata plus super, with remote report writing and travel allowances.

Ideal candidates hold a recognized Speech Pathology degree, current registration or eligibility, and NDIS experience. The role involves assessments, therapy delivery, documentation, and coordination with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• NDIS experience required.
• Registration or eligibility with SPA or relevant body.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language and swallowing needs.
• Design individualized therapy plans to meet communication goals.
• Advocate for NDIS participants to access needed services.
• Write detailed reports in line with NDIS requirements.
• Collaborate with coordinators, families and multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with other professionals to provide holistic care.
• Document milestones and outcomes with participants.
