Job summary

Arnhem Allied Health Centre in Nhulunbuy, NT, seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver assessment and intervention for paediatric and complex clients across remote East Arnhem Land. You will manage your own caseload, provide NDIS reporting, and participate in a multidisciplinary team with outreach and community-based services.

The role requires at least 2 years post-graduate experience, strong clinical reasoning, excellent documentation, and the ability to work autonomously with remote clinical

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-graduate Speech Pathology experience.
• Experience managing independent caseloads in assessment and intervention.
• Strong NDIS experience with reporting and funding justification.
• Experience with paediatric and/or complex presentations (ASD, developmental delay, or neurological conditions).
• Strong clinical reasoning, organisation and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with remote clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment and intervention for paediatric and complex clients.
• Manage an independent caseload and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Prepare high-quality NDIS reports and funding documentation.
• Provide functional assessments, therapy, and ongoing review.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, support workers, and stakeholders.
• Deliver outreach services across East Arnhem Land communities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team practice and remote clinical collaboration.
