Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. You will work with a diverse caseload across settings, delivering client-centred services to participants aged 0–65.

You’ll conduct assessments, support feeding and dysphagia, implement mealtime plans, undertake AAC assessments, and deliver ongoing therapy. Flexible working, home-based options, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration (or eligibility) is required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions
