Job summary

ORS is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS division in Melbourne, delivering client-centred assessments and therapy across homes, schools and community settings for clients aged 0–65.

You will have flexible working arrangements including work-from-home options, autonomy over your schedule, and strong clinical support from a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or eligibility.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions
