Humanised Group is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own the sales cycle for large organisations using SAP HR and Payroll. You will set the agenda, build a compelling business case, and drive commercial closes with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
You will partner with SDRs, Partner Managers and Marketing to manage around six deals at a time, employing a consultative, multi-stakeholder process. The role offers autonomy, senior leadership access, and travel across Australia.
Our client is a profitable, founder-led software company with a defensible niche inside one of the world's largest enterprise ecosystems. Since 2002, they have built add-on solutions for SAP HR and Payroll (SuccessFactors, HCM and Employee Central Payroll) that close functional gaps in payroll compliance, reporting, test data and employee self-service.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the sales cycle for large and complex organisations running SAP HR and Payroll. Opportunities come from five sources: global consulting and implementation partners, an SDR-led marketing funnel, the Customer Success team, the consulting channel, and your own networking.
From discovery through to commercial close, you will set the agenda, build the business case and keep multiple stakeholders moving together. Your focus is strategy and selling. Consultants and Customer Success Managers handle the technical demos, and you work closely with the SDR, Partner Manager and Marketing teams. Sales cycles typically run from two to six months, and you will manage around six deals at a time using the SPICED methodology and Salesforce.
You will have real autonomy, flat access to leadership, a collaborative and low-ego team, and a hand in shaping how territory plans and playbooks are run. The product roadmap is AI-enabled, so you will be selling a product with momentum behind it.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia. Travel is expected for customer, partner and team engagement, and the team values face-to-face time.
