Komodo Law is seeking a motivated Solicitor to take charge of an active caseload across personal injury, credit hire, and recoveries. Working with supportive supervision, this role leads cases across small claims and fast-track proceedings while building the foundation for higher-complexity work and future supervisory responsibilities.

The focus centers on delivering compassionate, transparent client guidance, executing accurate legal drafting, and securing fair settlements.

Formación

• SRA Qualification (~1 Year PQE) with practising certificate in England and Wales in motor claims.
• Procedural & Court literacy: Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action protocols, court processes.
• High-volume case management: balance fast-moving deadlines with attention to detail.
• Empathetic & calm communication: active listening and negotiation skills.
• Practical commercial & risk awareness: evaluate strategies pragmatically and escalate risks.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Caseload Stewardship: manage files from instruction to conclusion with quality and risk controls.
• Empathetic client partnership: provide clear, supportive guidance to drivers.
• High-impact drafting & court preparation: drafts, statements, letters, bundles for hearings.
• Strategic settlement advocacy: negotiate recoveries and brief counsel when hearings arise.
• Tech-enabled case progression: use systems to track deadlines and ensure compliance.
• Collaborative practice growth: share knowledge and participate in mentoring as practice expands.
