Komodo Law is seeking an experienced Paralegal to manage an active civil litigation caseload across personal injury, credit hire and recoveries. Working in a remote-first environment, you will own cases from instruction through settlement, maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.

You will draft pleadings, statements, and settlement documents, while negotiating settlements and supporting junior team members.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience handling personal injury, credit hire and/or recoveries.
• Experience navigating small claims and fast-track matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time and priority management under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Own civil claims from instruction to settlement or hearing.
• Provide empathetic, clear legal guidance to claimants.
• Draft pleadings, letters, statements, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with counsel.
• Maintain Proclaim case files with key dates and steps.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team learning.
