Job summary

Cater Care Group is seeking an experienced Chef to join our remote site operations on a 14/7 roster. You will deliver high-volume, high-quality meal services to residents at remote sites, with FIFO flights from Brisbane or DIDO transport options provided.

A structured shift pattern includes 12-hour days and nights, with meals, accommodation, and uniforms covered on site. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, have strong HACCP knowledge, driver’s licence, and full

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or TRA-recognised trade qualification.
• Proven experience in high-volume catering, remote site operations, or large-scale buffet service.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and dietary management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-volume breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents.
• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and site hygiene standards.
• Manage stock levels, coolroom rotations and minimize kitchen waste.
