Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or full Australian working rights.
• Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Proven experience leading a team in mass-catering environments.
• HACCP expertise with strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
