Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or TRA-recognised trade qualification).
• Proven experience in high-volume catering, remote site operations, or large-scale buffet service.
• Current Manual Driver's Licence and full Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-volume breakfast, dinner, and crib takeaway meals for village residents.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, HACCP guidelines, and site hygiene standards.
• Manage food stock levels, coolroom rotations, and minimize kitchen waste.
• Cater for a wide variety of special dietary requirements, allergies, and menu preferences.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen utilities and dining room staff to maintain a smooth kitchen workflow.
