Alignerr Corp. is seeking detail-oriented transcriptionists in the Sydney area to produce accurate, verbatim Simplified Chinese transcripts of spoken audio for AI development.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge language projects from home. Ideal candidates are native or near-native Chinese speakers with strong listening skills, precise formatting, and the ability to manage multiple speakers and challenging audio

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Simplified Chinese.
• Excellent listening skills with attention to nuance.
• Able to follow detailed style guides and formatting rules.
• Experience distinguishing multiple speakers in audio.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsabilités

• Listen to audio in Chinese and produce accurate verbatim transcriptions.
• Identify and separate multiple speakers within recordings.
• Capture crosstalk, overlaps, and filled pauses accurately.
• Handle challenging audio conditions and varying speeds.
• Apply detailed style guides consistently across transcriptions.
• Flag unclear segments per protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy across large volumes of content.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
