Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Korean Audio Transcription Specialist (AI Training) to listen to Korean audio clips and produce accurate, time-stamped transcripts for AI language models. You can work fully remotely on a flexible hourly contract, on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week.

Native or near-native Korean speakers with strong listening skills, attention to detail, and comfort using browser-based transcription tools are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean with excellent listening comprehension.
• Strong command of Korean spelling, spacing and punctuation.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
• Able to distinguish similar-sounding words and dialects.
• Comfortable using audio playback tools and web-based transcription platforms.
• Self-motivated and reliable for asynchronous, schedule-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Korean audio clips, including conversations and interviews.
• Transcribe spoken Korean accurately with speaker turns, pauses and nuances.
• Apply transcription guidelines consistently with proper annotations.
• Flag unclear segments with appropriate notes and tags.
• Handle varied accents, speeds, and recording conditions.
• Maintain high accuracy across large transcription tasks.
• Work independently and on your own schedule.
