Cognizant is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams in a Workday Adaptive implementation. You will guide clients through design, configuration, testing and implementation, while mentoring consultants and leading project workstreams.

Requires 4+ years in Workday Adaptive or planning tools and 10+ years in FP&A, with strong SQL, Python, and JavaScript skills. Remote work option available and global engagement opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years Workday Adaptive or planning tool implementation experience.
• 10+ years FP&A experience as user or implementer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions in FP&A.
• Support all project phases from legacy systems to Workday Adaptive.
• Mentor consultants and analysts; lead project workstreams as SME.
• Assist sales with estimation, discovery, and RFP responses.
• Act as SME and Delivery Lead or Partner Delivery Reviewer.
