Sutton Laurence King Lawyers in Melbourne is expanding its remote conveyancing team, inviting a two-to-five-year Vic conveyancing professional to join a tech-forward practice for residential transactions. You will lead contracts review and guide property deals, working closely with a partner who specialises in digital conveyancing solutions for home buyers and sellers.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of Victorian conveyancing experience.
• Comfortable with technology and digital conveyancing processes.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple matters concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage: Oversee a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters with expertise and efficiency.
• Advise and guide: Review and advise on Contracts of Sale and navigate all facets of property transactions.
• Deliver excellence: Provide clear, strategic advice to clients.
