Job summary

RETECH Australia in Perth region, WA, is seeking a Senior Property Inspector on a casual, non-fixed weekly hours basis. The role covers approx. 150 mixed residential properties mainly in the Southern Districts, with travel to client sites and work-from-home options.

The position requires reliable scheduling, time management, and a professional, client-facing approach. On-site training will be provided; drivers license and own vehicle are mandatory; PR or eligibility in Australia.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete allotted workload and travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned Property Inspections for ~150 properties (RI/EOL/PCR).
• Cover additional inspections or viewings as needed.
• Create property condition reports using the nominated APP platform.
• Submit reports the same day via APP.
• Coordinate key collection from Client office (South Perth).
• Report compliance, safety, or maintenance issues observed.
