Milk Chocolate Property is seeking a sharp-eyed Adelaide-based Property Inspector (Contractor) to join our on-ground team. This remote-friendly, mobile role focuses on visual inspections across North and South Adelaide, delivering clear observations to drive client decisions.

A current ABN, driver’s license and reliable transport are required, with police check possible. You will photograph and video properties, capture details not shown in listings, and report findings promptly to our

Genuine eye for property; you notice details others may miss.
Strong written communication; describe observations clearly.
Reliable and punctual; timelines depend on you show up.
Smartphone capable of good photo and video quality.
Experience in real estate, property management, or building trades is a plus.
May be required to complete a police check prior to commencement.
Flexibility to attend inspections during the week and on Saturdays.
Current driver’s license and own transport.
Must have an ABN.

Responsibilities

Conduct non-invasive property inspections across the Adelaide area (North or South).
Photograph and video the property thoroughly, capturing what the listing won’t show.
Assess livability factors: natural light, noise, smells, street feel, presentation, and condition.
Feed observations back to the purchasing team promptly and clearly.
Inspections are arranged as opportunities arise; some weeks busier than others.
