Job summary

The People Plugin is seeking an exceptional Senior People Partner to join a fully remote team that serves multiple Australian clients. You will own portfolios across diverse industries, partnering with founders, executives and leaders to design and deliver high‑impact HR strategies and programs.

You will move between advisory and hands‑on implementation, building trust quickly, translating business needs into practical HR solutions, and measuring impact through data and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of broad HR experience
• 2+ years operating at Senior HRBP/HR Manager level or above
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work and Modern Awards

Responsibilities

• Build People & Culture strategies and roadmaps.
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Run HR audits, engagement surveys and workforce planning.
