Dabble is seeking a People Partnering Manager to lead our People Partnering team and shape high performance across the business. This role partners with Executives, GMs and Heads of across three time zones while remaining hands-on.

You'll coach leaders through complex people decisions, drive performance, remuneration cycles, learning and development, workforce planning and organisational change. A remote-friendly, hybrid-friendly culture; Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in People Partnering or HRBP.
• Experience in mature frameworks with start-up/scale-up exposure.
• Hands-on leadership across multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to influence executives and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the People Partnering team across regions, setting priorities and building capability.
• Partner with Executives, GMs and Heads of, advising on people, performance and capability decisions.
• Coach leaders to lift capability in performance, feedback and development.
• Lead performance and remuneration cycles, including leader engagement and calibration.
• Manage complex performance and employee relations matters end-to-end.
• Drive workforce and succession planning to support growth.
• Lead learning and leadership development initiatives across the business.
