Job summary

Avance Clinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of clinical trials from startup to close-out. This fully remote role in Australia offers autonomy, direct sponsor and site interactions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across a growing biotech-focused CRO.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical research or site environment.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience in Early Phase studies and healthy volunteer trials (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
