Evolve Scientific is partnering with a growing CRO in the early-phase space. We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of studies while enjoying 100% remote work within Australia.

You'll collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and flexible, outcomes-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager.
• CRO and/or sponsor-side clinical trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical operations.
• Proven stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of early-phase trials from start-up to delivery.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure trials are on time, within scope and high quality.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain study governance.
• Promote a flexible, outcomes-focused culture with client-facing delivery.
