Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group is partnering with a well-established Australian CRO to recruit a Project Manager to lead clinical trials from start to finish. The role offers work-from-home flexibility and exposure to multiple therapeutic areas across the APAC region.

You will manage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, budgets, risk management, vendor oversight, and regulatory alignment, delivering high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical project management experience in a CRO.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Experience with budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings
• Develop project plans and required documentation
• Support document management including protocols and participant information forms
• Coordinate feasibility planning and site selection
• Manage outsourcing activities and vendors
• Oversee budgets and forecasting
• Track project scope and manage changes
• Identify sites and conduct feasibility assessments
• Set up sites per SOPs, protocols, and regulations
• Oversee staffing and resourcing
• Monitor deliverables against timelines
• Coordinate internal and external meetings
