Avance Clinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager or Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials from start-up to close-out. You will be the primary contact for sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and top-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, clinical research or site environment.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Experience in Early Phase studies and healthy volunteer trials (highly regarded).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing CRO environment.
• New to Project Management? have at least 12 months of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the successful delivery of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, sites and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Offer strategic client interaction and contribute to project outcomes in a remote Australia-wide setup.
