Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior TPM of Applied AI, based remotely in Sydney, Australia. You will lead benchmark initiatives and manage large-scale data programs across multimodal modalities, partnering with research labs to drive innovative AI deployments.

You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure data quality with automated and human-in-the-loop QC, and align engineering, research, and production teams to meet frontier AI objectives.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/AI with 10+ years industry experience or PhD with 5+ years in high-growth AI environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup growth and initiative.
• Strategic execution with frontier AI lab relationships.
• Proven data pipeline experience for LLMs/multimodal models.
• Experience with automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO of the customer’s business, co-developing benchmark transcreations with research labs.
• Lead end-to-end Frontier Lab programs and manage massive-scale data milestones.
• Architect pipelines for multi-modal data delivery (text, image, video, audio).
• Implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC for data integrity across domains.
• Bridge engineering, research, and production to meet frontier AI needs.
