Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of industry experience in AI/engineering.
• Experience founding or scaling a venture, or operating in an early-stage startup where you drove growth.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management with frontier AI labs.

Aufgaben

• Entrepreneurial Benchmark Leadership: act as the CEO of your customer’s business and co-develop benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Frontier Lab Program Management: manage end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs and data milestones.
• High-Volume Data Operations: architect pipelines for delivery of data samples across multiple modalities (text, image, video, audio).
• End-to-End Quality Control: implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks for data integrity across domains and languages.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: bridge engineering, research, and production teams to serve frontier AI needs.
